| About Us The Jack Ryan Gillham Foundation was established to honor the memory of our son who, in August of 2007, passed away due to complications from a rare birth defect known as Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). We are incorporated in the state of Arkansas as a Public Benefit Non-Profit Organization. Our federal tax ID number is 26-1135455. We are exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and all contributions made to the foundation are tax deductible. We raise funds through community activities and distribute those funds to families of critically ill babies for the duration of their hospital stay.
